Two specific moments over this past year come to mind (that I feel like sharing anyway, haha).

April 23rd & 24th: A whole mess of things happened this weekend and I was awake for over 40 hours straight. I won’t go into detail but it was an extremely memorable weekend. I’m pretty sure my life wouldn’t have gotten so complicated and interesting if this weekend hadn’t happened.

June 2011: Sonny Merryman Inc. Scholarship Banquet. Since I’m usually the underachieving child in the family, it was pretty nice to be awarded a Virginia Tech Scholarship from an alumni who runs a company for the school systems in VA. It was fancy. And it was nice to make my parents proud of me for something too!
