I went to career services today, after putting it off all semester haha. i went in just to get some grad school advice, as well as advice on where to go for relevant academic opportunities since I thought my research wasn’t enough, and just to see what else I needed to do in order to prepare for the future. 

I was told I was doing everything right. The career counselor was impressed at my past and current experience, the rest of my plans for the next year & a half.

I was also told that it’s very rare for someone (specifically in regard to the field I want to pursue, but also in general) to be as prepared as I am.

Slightly reassuring.
